A spacious and fully equipped bunkroom in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales

The bunk room was perfect for what we needed. Thank you. The only small thing we would suggest is a couple of larger saucepans… we ended up using all of them to cook for 24 people. But the bunkroom was warm, clean and ideally situated for the Y3P route, thank you.

Thank you for providing us with fantastic bunk barn accommodation.Everything went swimmingly well as we used the kitchen and bunkroom facilities on the 15th . Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Fortunately my food went down  great and we completed the Three Peaks in just under 10 hours which we are really proud of,raising over a thousand pounds for the candlelight child cancer charity. We would recommend anyone to use your facilities and the bonus of a great pub on your doorstep for the thumbs up from us all, thanks once again,

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for allowing our group to stay at your fantastic bunkhouse. Everything was wonderful. All modern & spot less clean. Kitchen area was great too. We hope to be back in the near future.

"Lovely bunkhouse in a gorgeous location. Booked Building 2 for sole use for a weekend. Rooms were spacious and kitchen well equipped. Showers had good water pressure too and was nice and warm. Easy to book and Susan has been very helpful responding to emails. Would recommend contacting directly if booking an entire building for sole use. Would definitely stay again and was the perfect bunkhouse for our weekend away."

"I’d just cleared Malham Tarn on my Pennine Way journey and it had just started to rain. By the time I was on Fountains Fell and heading towards Pen Y Ghent and Horton the sky's had opened and I was seriously looking at that night camping in a wet campsite. I knew about the 3 Peaks Bunkhouse as it’s used by friends from my old regiment, so I called. Probably the best call to make when I spoke to Susan and she had room for me but I never expected such an amazing bunkhouse. Heated floor and luckily the 6 man room to myself and the cherry on the cake an en-suite shower room and toilet. To say you could stay there on holiday especially with the kitchen a few metres away doesn’t do it justice. It is immaculate and cannot be recommend enough which I’ve already done so on a Pennine Way Walkers group."

“What a fantastic Bunkhouse. Our group stayed over a weekend in the main bunkhouse and one of the newer 6 person rooms and from the moment you drive up and see the beautiful stone buildings, you just know this is over and above what you would typically expect in a bunkhouse. The facilities are clean, spacious, and very well equipped and the outside BBQ area is perfect for a relaxed end to your day. The location is perfect if you are doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks or just looking for a base in the area. Susan is the perfect host and was incredibly helpful in getting booked and advising on our trip to Yorkshire. Thank you so much for helping us create such a special weekend. “Well, we arrived on Friday on a most beautiful day and witnessed the most beautiful stone buildings when we parked up. On entering our bunk room we were so impressed with the cleanliness and the beautiful details with the open brick walls and lighting feature. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept so well on both nights. The kitchen was right next door and equally as clean and welcoming . Our neighbours were a group of lads from Cheshire and we became friends straight away. We talked everything three peaks and about the charities that were inspiring us to walk. The bunk room was right at the start of our climb up Pen y Ghent so we didn’t have far to go to start our challenge. We had the most amazing walk and when we arrived back our neighbours welcomed us and we all Celebrated our success. "The place is fantastic, located so you can access all 3 of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks whether you are staying for the day or staying over night. The Bunk House itself has central heating, hot showers and a big kitchen area where you can chill out. The bunk house is immaculate and the service you get from Susan is second to none, very friendly, trustworthy and accommodating. Overall I would highly recommend the bunk house to anyone it is just like home, and we will be using this every year for the foreseeable future."

The facilities are just what you need, you can cook meals, get cleaned up, and chill out. The whole place is lovely clean and warm.
